From a Modest Digital Presence to One of the Most Recognizable Brands in Its Category
Market: Kosovo
Partnership: 4+ Years
A Partnership That Grew Together With the Brand
When we started working with Antracit, the company already had a solid presence on Facebook, while its Instagram audience was still relatively small and TikTok was not yet part of the brand’s communication strategy.
At the time, Antracit’s core offer was focused on door handles, furniture accessories, as well as professional Çagsan scaffolding and ladders.
The business already had strong products and market potential.
Our role was to turn that potential into a stronger digital presence — one that could build awareness, generate demand and support sales.
The Challenge
Technical products are not always easy to communicate through social media.
A door handle, kitchen mechanism, furniture fitting or professional ladder can easily become just another catalogue post.
We did not want Antracit’s social media presence to feel like a digital catalogue.
The objective was to build a brand people would recognize, follow and remember — so that when they needed a product within the category, Antracit would be one of the first names that came to mind.
The Strategy
We began by building a clearer and more consistent communication system across Facebook and Instagram.
Organic content was supported with Meta Ads, ensuring that key products, campaigns and offers were not dependent on organic reach alone.
Over time, the content evolved from simply presenting products to demonstrating how they work, where they are used and what problems they solve.
As Instagram continued to grow, we introduced more dynamic and visually driven formats that matched the changing way people consumed content online.
The strategy was never based on one platform alone.
It was built as an ecosystem.
Content → Awareness → Paid Distribution → Engagement → Demand → Sales
The Turning Point
One of the most important moments in Antracit’s growth came with the expansion of its product range into decorative wall panels.
This category had enormous visual potential.
Panels did not need to be explained only through product specifications.
They could be shown through transformation.
Before-and-after content, different textures, colors, combinations and real interior applications turned the product itself into highly engaging content.
By combining organic content, Facebook and Instagram advertising, and a stronger visual communication strategy, decorative panels quickly became one of the most important growth categories for the brand.
TikTok Changed the Game
As TikTok gained momentum, we saw another major opportunity.
But instead of copying what other brands were doing, we developed formats specifically around Antracit’s products, audience and personality.
Product demonstrations, problem-solution concepts, transformations, humor, relatable situations and strong opening hooks became part of a content system designed specifically for short-form video.
The result was not one viral moment.
It was repeated high performance.
Across just 12 selected videos, Antracit generated more than 19.4 million views.
8 videos surpassed 1 million views.
The highest-performing video reached more than 4.8 million views, while another exceeded 3.2 million.
Other selected videos generated:
1.9M+
1.8M+
1.2M+
1.1M+
1.1M+
1M+
900K+
885K+
800K+
780K+ views
The strongest signal was not a single viral video.
It was the ability to consistently create content capable of reaching hundreds of thousands — and in several cases, millions — of viewers.
Beyond Organic Content
Antracit’s growth was never built on TikTok alone.
Throughout the partnership, we worked across a much broader digital ecosystem:
Facebook & Instagram → Content → Meta Ads → Influencer Marketing → TikTok → Retail Locations → E-commerce
Influencer marketing helped introduce the brand to new audiences, while paid advertising supported product launches, campaigns and commercial offers.
This allowed us to work across the entire customer journey — from first exposure to purchase intent.
From Prizren to a Wider Market
As the brand grew, its physical footprint expanded as well.
From its base in Prizren, Antracit expanded with a sales location in Prishtina and a wider dealer and distribution network across other cities in Kosovo.
At the same time, the product portfolio continued to grow significantly, with Antracit establishing a particularly strong position in the decorative panel category.
The digital growth and the commercial expansion developed alongside each other.
The Next Stage: E-commerce
Antracit’s digital evolution did not stop at social media.
Today, customers can discover products through Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and continue the journey through Antracit’s online store.
This changes the role of social media completely.
It is no longer only an awareness channel.
It becomes the first step in a complete digital sales journey.
What We Actually Built
The Antracit story is not the story of one viral video.
It is the story of building a digital brand step by step.
From Facebook to Instagram.
From organic content to paid advertising.
From technical products to highly visual product categories.
From influencer marketing to TikTok.
From one core market to wider physical expansion.
And from social media to e-commerce.
For more than four years, the strategy has evolved together with the business.
That is how we approach marketing at Eris Agency.
Not as posts.
Not as views.
But as a system designed to grow brands and businesses.
